Below is the schedule for November 9 through December 30. (No practice November 2 through 8; coaches week off.)
We’ve added longer intervals on the East Side roads on the 1st and 3rd Mondays and mid-morning speed intervals at Hope HS on Saturdays.
November 9 – Dec 30. The following weekly schedule:
- First and third Monday mornings – ½ mile to 2-mile INTERVALS on the roads starting at 6:00 am from the Brown Stadium on Elmgrove Ave. NB – venue change from Hope High School.
- Second and fourth Tuesdays (Tempo Tuesdays) – 2.5 to 7.5mile TEMPO RUNS continue starting at 6:00 am from the Brown Stadium on Elmgrove Ave.
- Every Wednesday morning speed endurance sessions (longer intervals) continue at the Hope HS track starting at 5:45 am.
- Every Saturday morning speed development sessions (shorter intervals) starting at 9:15 am at the Hope HS track.
- Sunday morning long runs at various RI venues (mostly north end of Blackstone Blvd) Times TBD.
