Track workouts resume!

Organized and sanctioned outdoor track workouts will start Monday, July 6, at 5:45 am. Workouts will be held at Hope High School. We will be holding practices/workouts Monday and Wednesday mornings for the foreseeable future. The track does have restrooms! 🙂

Note that we MUST exercise utmost caution and employ face masks and social distancing to make this work.

Four guidelines:

1. Any symptoms?

2. Any travel in the last 14 days?

3. Any contact with a person with Covid-19?

4. Have you been ordered by the Rhode Island Department of Health to isolate or quarantine?

If yes, yes to any of these, please stay home.

Tempo Runs

For a while we were doing weekly tempo runs as Rhode Island was in Phase 2. Tempo runs will now revert to the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month as before as track workouts return on Monday, July 6.
