Tempo Tuesdays

Tempo Tuesdays are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, starting at 6:00 am. We meet in front of the field adjacent to the JCC on Elmgrove. There is no need to sign up in advance. Please be warmed up and ready to start on time.

Dates: 2nd and fourth Tuesdays of each month.

Starting place: In front of the field adjacent to the JCC on Elmgrove

Special Instructions for INDOOR TRAINING SESSIONS

Starting Monday, November 8, 2021 RMHP-RC training sessions will take place at the Brown University indoor track at the Olney Margolies Athletic Center (OMAC) at 235 Hope Street on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

We are required to adhere to Brown’s current covid protocol.  Each runner and coach must show proof of vaccination at the first practice he/she attends indoors.  Masks must be worn when entering the building and throughout the warmup. And as always, do not show up if you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms!

The indoor track at Brown will open at 5:45 AM.  Start your warm-up then.  Practices will end by 7:00 AM.

The attendant at the entrance desk may ask your name.  We have provided a list of our members who have been practicing over the past two months at Hope High School.  If you have not been part of that group, you must let Anne Rothenberg know beforehand that you plan to attend regularly so that she can add you to that list.  Contact Anne at rothenbergab@gmail.com or 401-787-8006.
