This past October Lisbeth Kenyon, who ran with us at the Wednesday night workouts, won her age group at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, HW!!! The below link leads to a blog with her incredible race report.

PS – NBC is showing its coverage of the Ironman World Championships this Saturday afternoon. I believe it airs at 4:30pm. Somehow, they reduce a 17hr event into about 90 minutes of coverage, but it’s always entertaining! (-:
