Club runners hit the trails most weekends and please contact Bill Mott if you’d like to meet for some trail running. All levels and abilities welcome!

Tempo Tuesdays

Tempo Tuesdays are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, starting at 6:00 am. We meet in front of the field adjacent to the JCC on Elmgrove. There is no need to sign up in advance. Please be warmed up and ready to start on time.

Dates: 2nd and fourth Tuesdays of each month.

Starting place: In front of the field adjacent to the JCC on Elmgrove

Time: 6:00 am

Distance: 2.5-mile loop run 1 to 3 times

Saturday Morning Winter Run Challenge Starts December 13th

December 13-April 4.  Members who run 12 out of 17 Saturday Group Runs will earn a short-sleeved Winter Run Series tech shirt and bragging rights!
